I adopted some sourdough starter from Grace.
I have fed it a couple times.
I have also jumped the gun and tried making some bread dough with it. I think I have done this too soon and also don't really know how much starter I was supposed to use in place of yeast. Anyway we'll see what happens tomorrow night...
