How To Cook Without Really Cooking

Here is some soup that I made... or did I?

Basically I just chopped up all the leftover vegetables I could find in my fridge (onions, carrots, tomatoes, red peppers, mixed greens and frozen corn), cooked them up and then threw in a can of Campbell's chicken noodle soup. (On sale last week at Shopper's Drug Mart for 59 cents!) I also followed my Parmesan Makes All Soups Taste Better rule and threw in a bunch of that.
