Hello, what's this? Oh, it's the Everything Soup from over a month ago, defrosting on my stove. I wasn't a huge fan of it back then, but last night I discovered that if you sprinkle it liberally with Parmesan cheese, it is delicious! Maybe Parmesan cheese makes every soup delicious.
