More leftover sweet potatoes resulted in another sweet potato soup on Thursday night: this time sweet potato chowder. Another recipe from Soup: A Kosher Collection, a great soup book for dealing with leftover vegetables. I have made more soups this year than the total amount of soups I ever made previously in my life.
