Navy Beans & Couscous & A Lot Of Garlic


I made this weird dinner to use up some leftovers. It's navy beans and couscous with shallots, corn and broccoli, seasoned with many cloves of garlic, Porcini mushroom spice, sage, thyme and basil. (Note for future: don't use basil in this kind of thing.) And a few splashes of beer. Phillips Double Dragon Imperial Red Ale beer. I think it's good... The beer is good, anyway.
