We made DELICIOUS PASTA SAUCE.
Using my thyme and oregano plants. Also: a can of tomato paste and some water, a giant can of whole tomatoes, a roasted head of garlic, and a little dill and basil.
And we smothered some spinach & feta ravioli with it. It was MAGICAL.
