Spaghetti with Garlic Prawns and Spinach Velouté; Chocolate Soufflé


When I stumbled upon another soufflé recipe on Tastespotting, this one for chocolate soufflé, I was ready to just eat chocolate for dinner.


Then I remembered my leftover spinach velouté from last week, so I cooked up some spaghetti and sautéed some prawns in garlic and butter and mixed them all together. The result is kind of what I was going for when I tried making those depressing prawns with cream sauce a little while ago. So much better this time.


Then I was just going to start watching Top Chef All-Stars and call it a night...


...but since the recipe looked so easy, I just decided to go ahead and make it, so I could eat the soufflé while watching.
