
I made this without a recipe and it was actually good... it was going to be a strawberry & spinach salad, but the strawberries at Safeway were pretty much white, so I went for blueberries. I added chopped green pepper, salted sunflower seeds and feta cheese, and candied walnuts: I melted some brown sugar over medium heat in a cast iron pan, and then toasted chopped walnuts in it for about 5 minutes.
The dressing is approximately:
3 Tbsp olive oil
juice of 1/2 lemon
1 tsp dijon mustard
1 tsp honey
salt & pepper

This antipasto picnic also happened.
