
Yesterday I couldn't find pesto in the grocery store so I bought some basil and made it myself using the 'Classic Pesto' recipe from Cooking from the Garden, and substituting spinach for parsley and walnuts for pine nuts.

Then I made this tomato & pesto tart with the last of my frozen puff pastry, another recipe from Closet Cooking.

I also made a double recipe of Jamie Oliver's granola. I now have a lot of granola. Granola.
