Finished off the apple & cheddar tart tonight...
...topped with arugula, lemon juice, olive oil and salt & pepper. How exciting this discovery of puff pastry tart-making has been. But damn, I am sick of this flavour combination. I think when you make this, you have to make it to share with people, instead hoarding an entire giant tart all to yourself.
