I am alone in a Super 8 in Sapulpa, Oklahoma, with time on my hands, so here's some blogging. This was my dinner tonight: a peanut butter power bar from Mountain Equipment Co op.
Incidentally, when I visited the MEC to stock up on trip snacks, I also bought and ate some Neapolitan freeze-dried ice cream. It's completely dehydrated ice cream, so when you put it in your mouth it mixes with your saliva and becomes liquid. So, it's like eating warm ice cream. It was... interesting. It was o-k. What's also Neapolitan? This guy.
