Lentils & Sweet Potatoes

I made this for lunch yesterday, and ate the leftovers for dinner tonight: I had some sweet potatoes and yams leftover in the freezer; mixed them in with sautéed onions and green peppers, finely diced chorizo and a can of lentils.

Seasoned with red mustard seeds, a bit of oregano, and salt and pepper; served with rice.
