Shrimp Wontons; Salad; Spiced Grapefruit Brûlée

I have to defrost my freezer soon so I'm going to try eating everything out of it over the next week. I started today with these President's Choice shrimp wontons with sweet chili sauce.

Also, my body has been experiencing quite a vegetable deficit lately, so I made a salad for dinner. I topped it with ground flax seeds and an old packet of Panago blue cheese dipping sauce that I found in the fridge.

For dessert I made breakfast: Spiced Grapefruit Brûlée, a recipe from Eric Akis's Everyone Can Cook Midweek Meals. Followed by ice cream, in the name of cleaning out the freezer.
