Les Amis du Fromage


Dinner was determined by a visit to Les Amis du Fromage on the way home: Crackers with Abbaye de Tamié "Traditional style Savoie cheese" -- "Made in the same style since 1132" -- and Le Cendrillon Ash Covered Soft Surface Ripened Goat Cheese.


Later we ate Eggplant Parmesan, purchased frozen also from Les Amis du Fromage. It was very delicious.

  2. It is indeed amazing. I'm glad I don't live very close to that store because I would be broke and fat.
