
Dinner was determined by a visit to Les Amis du Fromage on the way home: Crackers with Abbaye de Tamié "Traditional style Savoie cheese" -- "Made in the same style since 1132" -- and Le Cendrillon Ash Covered Soft Surface Ripened Goat Cheese.

Later we ate Eggplant Parmesan, purchased frozen also from Les Amis du Fromage. It was very delicious.
I love that cheese. It is amazing.
