Thursday night: salad featuring this blue cheese & pear vinaigrette. Including: red cabbage, yellow peppers, celery, carrots and a pear. The blue cheese vinaigrette is disappointingly non-blue cheesey. Or at least its subtlety is lost on the red cabbage. I'm pretty sure red cabbage demands a creamy dressing, and this vinaigrette should pair (and pear) with spinach.
