
Using the leftover quesadilla ingredients, I made a burrito tonight. It was wonderfully less messy than a quesadilla.

Here you see me sealing the burrito on a skillet. This kind of worked.
I also drank a Chinotto San Pellegrino that I got on a detour home from work today at Bosa Foods, world's best Italian grocery store. Also purchased at Bosa: arborio rice, squid ink pasta, two kinds of nougat, effervescente al limone (which I think is dried soda?), octopus in marinade sauce, cod fish in Biscaye sauce and a tiny can of mousse of foie gras with truffles.
