
Lynley bought me a dumpling maker thing. Four people with varying degrees of hangovers embarked on the making of perogies. It took a really long time. During which I mostly washed dishes and took photos and contemplated The-Dream vs Kanye.

But eventually they got made. Some filled with potato and cheddar (the secret ingredient of which is lots of pepper, by the way), some with sauerkraut. Topped with caramelized onions and sour cream. There is so much extra filling I might try to make more on the weekend! Maybe!
I'd love the dough recipe... was it from a cookbook you had or Lynley? I imagine myself making a bunch of these and freezing them for quick cooking later. Much better than the store bought variety
