
I've been trying to always have chopped up vegetables on hand in the fridge for the express purpose of eating lazily healthy. So on nights with only 20 minutes to eat dinner before I have to leave the house, I can just throw everything in a bowl, eat, and go. This successfully prevented me from grabbing a piece of Pizzo pizza on the way out last night. Oh. Except, I also ate a piece of pizza anyway. Leftover from my Panago Sunday DAY of PIZZA.
