Week of Salads -- Repetetive Salad


There was still over half a roasted chicken left. So in the spirit of unwastefulness and poverty, tonight I ate more of it with mixed baby greens, red cabbage, celery, asiago, sunflower seeds, chickpeas and flax seeds with blue cheese dressing. It was ok. There's still more chicken and greens left . . . sigh. Damn, salad is filling and cheap. And healthy. I ate pasta at lunch today because I think for the first time ever my body was actually craving carbs.
