Tired of looking at the chickpeas sitting around in my fridge, I made this again. This time I used rainbow chard, with roasted chickpeas, garlic, green onions and red pearl onions, and mixed in a healthy dose of shahi garam masala.
I made this last night! I used kale instead of chard, and I threw in some cauliflower with the chickpeas and garlic. I didn't use nearly that much oil in the roasting process, but I did add a ton of sesame oil in the end. I think tahini would be good too. But it was DELICIOUS! Way more delicious than expected.

hey guys
This blog is a record of what I eat for dinner every day, and an experiment to see if I can shame myself into becoming a better cook. Or even just someone who sets foot in the kitchen once in a while.
