Roasted Beet & Yogurt Purée

Tonight I ate the leftover pork chops and apples, and then I roasted a beet and made this ridiculously garlicky dip that I found via TasteSpotting -- made of beets, garlic, yogurt, salt and pepper.

Then I remembered that I had nothing to dip in it, so I ate a couple spoonfuls, and then went to practice and drank Cypress Honey Lagers. The end.
