Pork Chops and Apples with Asparagus

I adapted this simple recipe from Recipe Zaar for my Gelderman Farms pork chops.

Pork Chops and Apples

3 pork chops
2 apples, cored and quartered
salt and pepper
caraway seeds
1/4 cup brown sugar

Season pork chops with salt and pepper. Brown on skillet and then place in a casserole dish. Deglaze the skillet with 1/2 cup water. Arrange apples over chops, skin side down. Sprinkle with brown sugar, caraway seeds and more salt and pepper. Pour juices from skillet over top, then cover and bake at 350°F for about 30 minutes.
