Following an afternoon of birthday sports and bouncy castles, we retired to The Clubhouse where I ate an Oh! Avocado, a baked avocado smothered in seafood and cheese.
Also some edamame, and the best sushi roll in the universe, the Holy Beef Roll. I'm still not quite sure what the silly string they put on top of it is, but it is wonderful for soaking up the remaining Holy Beef broth. Photos courtesy of Sonya's camera
