Cooking Class #7

So full. Sooo fuullllllllll. In class we made crab cakes with pineapple salsa and chili sauce served on apple-poppy seed slaw.

And quinoa and barley risotto with greens and mixed vegetables.

And chocolate-Triple Sec truffles rolled in cocoa, toasted nuts and coconut. Whew.
