Another friend's birthday = another delicious meal. I am so lucky to have friends that are such good cooks. Janos cooked for his own birthday: tortillas with beans, Applewood cheddar, salsa and guacamole -- everything homemade (well, except for the cheese). Followed by another fabulous Claudia creation: Dulce de Leche cake. SOOO GOOOOOOD.
