Cooking Class #3

There's a bit of a heat wave going on in Vancouver. What perfect timing to learn how to cook Irish lamb stew and bake bread in the hot, hot kitchen of NWCAV. (My bread is the one in the middle.) However, I lucked out and got the cooking station closest to the air conditioned pastry kitchen. We also made this incredibly complicated baked herbed goat cheese salad with honey lavender rosemary dressing. SO MANY FLAVOURS.
