I made this pasta sauce (Classico Italian Sausage, green peppers, canned diced tomatoes, black olives and thyme) in the afternoon while procrastinating from cleaning the apartment. Another late, late lunch at Akira Sushi, and a late night pasta dinner accompanied by Season 2 of The Wire, which is starting out pretty slow . . .
It starts very slow but in the end it's one of the more endearing seasons.
